Job Description

Own and drive all PCI DSS consulting and certification assignments, including scoping, gap assessments, remediation planning, evidence validation, SAQ/ROC support, and close coordination with QSA teams to ensure full compliance for clients.
Oversee and manage ISO certification programs (including ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and related standards), ensuring compliance readiness, documentation quality, audit support, and successful certification outcomes for clients.
Lead the overall information security services portfolio with a primary focus on Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), ensuring high‑quality delivery, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all testing engagements.
Responsible for overall P & L Management responsibility to ensure that the financial targets set are being duly secured
In conjunction with the business strategy set by the Director, develop business to ensure revenue and profitability with a long-term successful performance.
Analyze market potential and develop competitive positioning and pricing strategies, develop business strategies and implement business plans.
Develop new services/products and concepts for the assigned market segment
Monitor market trend for the development of new technologies & Business opportunities
Effective Strategic key accounts management
Control, maintain and implement technical standards in the sector's operations, ensuring that all set KPIs are being duly met.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
14+ years experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk leadership roles with commercial / P&L responsibility.
Professional certifications preferred: CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CIPM, PCI DSS
