Job Description

Lead the Internal Audit tech and tranformation strategy, delivering automation and continuous auditing capabilities.
Build and maintain digital audit tools and methodologies that enhance efficiency, insight, and audit quality.
Drive technical upskilling globally, strengthening capabilities in AI, RPA, and data-driven auditing.
Provide expert oversight on cybersecurity audits, covering controls, vulnerability management, cloud security, and incident response.
Lead global data privacy and compliance audits, ensuring strong controls for sensitive data and cross-border data flows.
Manage and mentor the India-based regulatory audit team, serving as the key liaison for senior leadership and regional regulators.

The Successful Applicant

12+ years in Internal Audit, Technology Audit, or Risk Management within global tech‑enabled environments.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, leading control frameworks, and global privacy regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical issues for executive audiences.
High agility, able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balance multiple priorities.
