Role Description The Digital Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanagazi. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that support business objectives, including managing online campaigns and optimizing digital touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing digital performance data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to increase engagement and reach. The Digital Specialist will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines for digital initiatives, and ensure consistent, accurate communication across channels. The role also includes monitoring industry trends, maintaining best practices in digital marketing, and supporting the implementation of new tools and technologies.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and measure digital performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting findings clearly.
• Experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver initiatives on schedule.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and common marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a digital or marketing-focused role is preferred.
