What you'll do:

Manage and grow our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI

Create engaging digital content — posts, reels, stories, and creatives

Track performance metrics and optimize strategy based on data

Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, campaign analytics, SEO/SEM and lead generation.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and take decisions based on performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, email marketing or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Interest or working knowledge of stock markets, trading, investing, fintech or quantitative strategies will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a fast-moving team.
