Digital Security - Associate Manager (FW1)

Role Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and execute network technology rollouts, expansion, and readiness of the team.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identify the root causes, and implement resolution steps. Update and track tickets with the necessary details.
• Escalate unresolved or complex network issues to L3 SMEs and support third-party vendor coordination to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure process compliance by gathering relevant information, preparing detailed shift handover reports, and maintaining regular ticket updates.
• Follow the defined Escalation Matrix and ensure that issues are resolved within the defined SLAs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MCA in Computers.
• Strong experience in Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Firepower, Pulse VPN, and Fortigate Design (Level 4 Support).
• Proven experience in technology management, network troubleshooting, and firewall management.
• Expertise in managing and maintaining network equipment and links, with a strong focus on security and process compliance.
