Role Description
Manage all digital and inbound leads
Monitor and control CRM pipeline (Lead Visit Conversion)
Allocate leads to CRM executives
Ensure response time within 510 minutes
Track follow-up discipline and lead aging
Conduct daily performance reviews
Improve conversion rate month-on-month
Coordinate with branch sales team for visit-to-sale conversion
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Implement lead scoring and prioritization system
Preferred candidate profile
Experience
4 to 7 years of experience in CRM management, inside sales, and digital lead handling.
Preferred Industry: Jewellery, Retail, BFSI, Real Estate, and Insurance.
