Job Description

  • Manage a set of assigned accounts through digital engagement channels such as phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Execute defined sales strategies to sell standard solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a targeted sales pipeline aligned with assigned accounts and territories.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for low to medium complexity accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and opportunity data in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Apply foundational sales principles and product knowledge to progress opportunities toward closure within defined parameters.
  • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to support broader sales team objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline, preferably IT or Sales.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, inside sales, or digital account management.
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise IT products, solutions, and services portfolios.
  • Basic industry and market knowledge within an assigned territory or customer segment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer data, pipelines, and sales activities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting both hunter-style and relationship-based sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with partner-led or channel-based sales models.
  • Exposure to customer experience strategies and solution-based selling.
  • Understanding of sales processes within global or enterprise organizations.
