We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketer who understands the basics of paid advertising and is eager to grow in the performance marketing space. Beginners with strong foundational knowledge are welcome, and candidates with hands-on experience will be offered higher compensation based on their skill level and performance.
Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Campaign Management- Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies efficiently.
Client Communication & Budget Management- Communicate campaign strategies and proposed ad budgets clearly to clients.
- Justify budget allocation based on performance goals and projected ROI.
- Lead and participate in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings.
- Present detailed performance reports covering budget utilization, growth metrics, and campaign outcomes.
- Monitor overall campaign spending to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Recommend scaling or budget optimization strategies based on data insights.
Performance Analysis & Reporting- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective optimization strategies.
Audience & Funnel Strategy- Research target audiences and competitor strategies.
- Build structured audience segments and retargeting funnels.
- Understand customer journey and optimize conversion funnels.
Team Collaboration- Work closely with designers and copywriters to align creatives with performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Suggest innovative strategies to improve campaign performance and scaling opportunities.
Requirements- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms (Beginners with strong fundamentals can apply).
- 1+ year of hands-on experience preferred for higher salary bracket.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
- Ability to handle real ad budgets responsibly.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work in-office and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Timings: MondayFriday (10:00 AM 7:00 PM), Saturday Half-Day
