Digital Network & Security - Senior Administrator (NS3)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage network technology and execute new technology rollouts.
2. Troubleshoot network issues, implement resolutions, and update tickets.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SME and coordinate vendor support.
4. Ensure SLA adherence and maintain network equipment inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. B.Sc in any discipline.
2. Certification in F5 Certified Technical Specialist or CCNP Security.
3. Proficiency in network technology management and troubleshooting.
4. Strong experience in maintaining process compliance and escalation matrix.
