Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Specialist at SpoiledIdeas. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development in the digital marketing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and lead generation abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and customer service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within or other than healthcare sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to upscale the existing business.

- Understand the unique needs of enquiries and present tailored digital marketing solutions.

- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create proposals and presentations.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
