Time: Shift can be in between 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM

Salary Package: 22,000 25,000 (based on experience & performance)

Responsibilities:

Conduct live, interactive classes on all areas of Digital Marketing including:

Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

SEO SMM & SEM

Content Marketing

Email & Affiliate Marketing

Google Analytics & Paid Ads

Train and explain social media marketing strategies in line with new AI-driven models and automation tools.

Act as an online video presenter and deliver lessons in both Malayalam and English for better student understanding.

Provide hands-on project training to students and interns with real-time company case studies.

Offer complete guidance and mentorship for students and interns during training and project implementation.

Manage EQMax's in-house and client digital campaigns while mentoring the academic and business development teams.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of AI-integrated digital marketing tools.

Ability to create and present engaging online training videos.

Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken & written).

Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.

Team leadership and mentoring abilities.

Work Mode:

Full-time (Office / WFH depending on requirement)

• Must join immediately, must be willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala, work on-site.
