DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINER

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies, along with excellent presentation and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Delivery
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing modules, including:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Web Analytics (GA4)
- WordPress basics (added advantage)
- Ensure interactive and practical learning sessions with real-time examples and live projects.
- Support learners with doubts, assignments, and project guidance.
Curriculum Development
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assignments.
- Design practical tasks and case studies based on industry trends.
- Continuously upgrade course content to match the latest digital marketing standards.
Student Mentoring
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare learners for certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
- Support students during internships, projects, and placement training.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain attendance and training records.
- Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and batch planning.
- Assist in demo classes and open sessions for prospective students.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
- Social media tools and scheduling platforms
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and industry trends.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing or as a trainer.
- Google or Meta certifications preferred (but not mandatory).
