Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Wiraa, you'll play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to increase web traffic, improve online engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media channels, and paid advertising (PPC).
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, emails, and ads.
- Analyze and track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to optimize campaigns and enhance ROI.
- Could you collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, HR) to make sure marketing campaigns align with business goals
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure we stay ahead in the digital marketing space.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
