Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and scale our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and execute result-driven marketing strategies across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop creative ideas, strategies, and campaign concepts.
- Monitor performance and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
2. Performance Marketing
- Run and manage ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for leads, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare monthly performance reports.
3. Content Creation & Branding
- Write engaging content for posts, ads, blogs, website pages, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with designers to create digital creatives, videos, and reels.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Research keywords and optimize website content to improve ranking.
- Track website analytics and suggest improvements.
5. Lead Generation
- Execute lead-generation strategies through ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media funnels.
- Work with the sales team to pass qualified leads and track conversions.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvements.
Required Skills
- 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Good communication & copywriting skills.
- Ability to plan campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze data.
- Knowledge of Canva/Figma/basic design tools (bonus).
- Familiarity with website analytics tools.
