Whizz HR is on a look for an Performance Marketing Specialist to work with a leading advertising agency in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop and optimize paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Performance)
- Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for internal and client reviews
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign scaling
- Stay updated with latest digital trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Coordinate with client servicing teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics, and funnels
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel
- Good knowledge of performance metrics and reporting
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tight deadlines
