eWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization to drive measurable business outcomes

Key Responsibiliti

• esPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platform
• s.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize RO
• I.Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance report
• s.Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies for better conversio
• n.Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copie
• s.Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategie
• s.Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are cost-efficien
• t.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goal

s.Requiremen

• tsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fiel
• d.2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media (depending on level
• ).Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platform
• s.Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.
• ).Solid understanding of performance metrics and attribution model
• s.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindse
• t.Excellent communication and project management skill
