Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer Demand Generation who can plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate must have experience in demand generation, digital ads, content writing and online marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities- Capable of designing and executing innovative campaign strategies.
- Create creative marketing content planning including blogs, social media posts, email content, landing page.
- Plan and execute lead generation funnels to drive consistent inbound leads.
- Research target audiences and build effective digital targeting strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, optimize CPL and improve ROI.
- Track and measure campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Create landing pages, lead forms and conversion-focused content.
- Coordinate with sales teams to maintain lead quality and alignment.
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications- 24 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation or Lead Generation.
- Strong experience in creative content writing for digital plaforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- MBA Preferred and must have Digital Marketing Certification.
Preferred Skills- Good Knowledge of Google sheets and docs.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
