Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to drive end-to-end performance marketing and campaign strategy for The Chopras. This is an individual contributory role, requiring hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, content alignment, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall digital marketing and growth strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns to consistently deliver qualified leads and enrollment targets.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, maximizing ROI, reducing CPL, and identifying cost-efficient growth opportunities across channels.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation without over-reliance on paid media.
- Lead SEO strategy and execution, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, content optimization, keyword planning, backlink initiatives, and performance monitoring to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Drive social media growth and engagement across platforms through audience development, community engagement, content amplification, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific growth initiatives.
- Align paid campaigns, organic content, SEO, and social media initiatives into a unified growth engine that supports business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to build high-performing content funnels that attract, nurture, and convert prospects.
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across landing pages, ads, creatives, messaging, and marketing funnels.
- Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance using GA4, dashboards, attribution models, and data visualization tools to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure robust tracking and measurement through GTM, pixels, event tracking, CRM integrations, and marketing automation systems.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative, low-cost, and high-impact marketing initiatives that improve acquisition efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with sales, admissions, and business teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, customer journeys, and revenue outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, audience behavior, and emerging growth channels to identify new opportunities for scalable growth.
- Build, maintain, and present growth reports, marketing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Establish a culture of performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the marketing function.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta & Google Ads
- Advanced GA4 and attribution knowledge
- Campaign strategy and budget planning experience
- Proficiency in GTM, Excel, dashboards
- Understanding of content-led marketing
- Exposure to CRM and funnel optimization
