We're hiring: Senior Performance Marketer / Agency — Meta + Google Ads (Two Brands)
We're looking for a senior performance marketing partner - agency or experienced individual freelancer — to run paid acquisition across two distinct businesses under our umbrella.
The two brands
Starkle (starkle.in) — A fine jewellery e-commerce brand offering BIS-hallmarked 18k gold and diamond jewellery, plus a premium Italian-made line. Considered-purchase category, longer buying cycles, D2C on Shopify. Goal: scale online sales.
Cash For Gold Pvt Ltd (goldbuyers.in) — A separate brand operating in select cities where customers sell their gold to us. Goal: drive both qualified leads (calls, form fills) and physical walk-ins to our locations.
Both brands rely heavily on Meta, with Google Ads as a secondary channel.
The engagement Contract / retainer. Remote-friendly. Long-term partnership preferred.
What you'll work on
For Starkle:
- End-to-end Meta Ads management: strategy, builds, creative briefs, audience architecture, budget pacing, scaling
- Smaller-scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax)
- Funnel and tracking hygiene — Pixel, Conversions API, UTM discipline
- Retention and retargeting cohorts across new vs repeat buyers
For Cash For Gold Pvt Ltd:
- Geo-targeted Meta campaigns optimised for both lead generation and store visits
- Google Ads with strong local intent focus (Search, Local campaigns, call-only formats)
- Lead quality management — close-loop reporting with our team to optimise for converting leads, not just cheap ones
- Walk-in tracking via store visit objectives, offline conversions, or whichever attribution stack you recommend
Across both:
- Weekly reporting that ladders up to CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and walk-in volume — not vanity metrics
- Creative testing frameworks; we'll brief and produce, you'll structure the testing
What we're looking for
- 5+ years running paid social and search, ideally across both e-commerce (Shopify) and lead-gen accounts
- Demonstrable history of scaling Meta accounts and running geo-targeted local campaigns
- Strong grip on Meta's current stack: Advantage+, CAPI, post-iOS attribution realities
- Comfort with Google Ads — Search, Shopping, PMax, and Local
- Sharp creative instincts and willingness to push back on weak creative before money goes behind it
- For agencies: clarity on who specifically will own our accounts day-to-day, not just the pitch team
- Bonus: prior work with jewellery, fashion, or local-services businesses.
