Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan and execute SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, and conversions.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to support marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, engagement, and online visibility.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
