Job Description

Urgent vacancy for a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Location: Remote (Freelance)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong track record of creating and managing high-performing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, performance-focused, and capable of generating measurable results through paid social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and Conversion API for accurate conversion tracking.

Build and optimize sales funnels, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lower CPA, higher ROAS, and improved conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and ad copy.

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with our team for landing pages, creatives, and campaign objectives.

Required Skills

Proven experience managing successful Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and campaign optimization.

Experience with conversion tracking, lead generation, eCommerce, or performance marketing.

Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Mandatory Requirements

Must have a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable results.

Share examples or case studies of previous campaigns, including key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversions, etc.).

Experience across multiple industries is an advantage.

Portfolio or references from previous clients will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API.

Knowledge of funnel optimization and landing page conversion.

Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or creative briefing.

Freelance / Project-based (with potential for long-term collaboration)
