Job Description Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Team Leader / Marketing Lead

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 36 years in digital marketing (B2B preferred) Department: Centralised Marketing Team Solidpro Group of Companies

Purpose of the Role The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and optimizing Solidpro's digital presence across SEO, SEM, paid ads, analytics, and automation workflows. The goal of this role is to drive organic visibility, generate qualified leads, and ensure maximum ROI from digital campaigns across multiple business units (Engineering Services, Way Forward, Kannan's Academy, etc) This role requires a data-driven marketer with proven experience in running campaigns, analyzing performance, and scaling lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO). Conduct keyword research aligned with Solidpro's service offerings and ICPs. Optimize website service pages, blogs, and landing pages for higher rankings. Build backlinking strategies and improve domain authority. Track and report SEO KPIs (rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates).

2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Campaigns Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing). Manage LinkedIn Ads targeting industry-specific personas (CXOs, R&D heads, Product Managers). Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Monitor campaign budget, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

3. Analytics & Reporting Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio dashboards. Maintain UTM tracking for all campaigns. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports covering traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

4. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing Support email campaigns and drip sequences using HubSpot/Zoho/Mailchimp. Build segmented email lists for ICP-focused campaigns. Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion rates for each campaign. Assist in automation workflows for lead nurturing.

5. Collaboration & Campaign Support Work closely with Content Specialist for SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and marketing copy. Coordinate with Design team for creatives and ad visuals. Collaborate with Sales team to ensure smooth MQL SQL handover. Support webinars and online events with digital promotions. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) with proven track record of improving rankings. Hands-on with Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) & LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz. Skilled in Analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio. Familiarity with CRM & automation tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and act. Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel tracking. Good communication skills to work across teams.
