Role: Deputy Manager - Digital Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional for our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in advancing the premiumisation journey for Shoppers Stop, with a deep understanding of the fashion and social media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Brand Strategy:
- Optimize and manage all social media channels to elevate the brand's premium image and narrative.
- Contribute to key team goals by developing and executing strategies that enhance the premium brand story, increase customer awareness, and drive engagement.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Manage the end-to-end influencer marketing process, including scouting, vetting, and onboarding influencers and agencies.
- Develop clear, effective briefs, define key metrics, and conduct post-campaign performance evaluations to ensure ROI.
- Agency & Campaign Management:
- Oversee and manage relationships with digital marketing, creative, and influencer agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and performance targets.
- Liaise daily with the ads agency on campaign management, utilizing key formats on Meta Ads Manager and YouTube to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media channel optimization with a strong portfolio in fashion or premium retail.
- Demonstrated expertise in influencer agency management, from scouting and negotiation to performance analysis.
- A strong sense of premium fashion aesthetics and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
- Expert knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Influencer Marketplace, YouTube Studio/Creator Marketplace, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube ad campaign formats.
- Excellent communication skills for writing compelling briefs and liaising effectively with multiple stakeholders.
