Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Channel Management:

  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, Email Marketing, and Display Advertising (CTV, OTT, GND etc).
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand objectives and target audience.

Social Media &Digital Brand Building:

  • Design, build, and maintain the Milton brand's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Milton brand's visibility, reputation, and customer engagement within the digital space.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, audience engagement, and brand messaging.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging across all digital platforms to strengthen brand identity.

Budget Allocation:

  • Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring effective allocation for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and cost efficiency.
  • Track campaign expenditures and adjust spending based on performance.
  • Assess campaigns against predetermined goals, adjusting strategies where necessary.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Maintain a positive sentiment for the brand by online reputation management and addressing brand mentions, feedback, and reviews across digital platforms. And share key insights for improvements.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the brand's reputation and resolve negative sentiments.

Performance Marketing:

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives, including paid media campaigns and paid search, to maximize lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize ads and campaigns based on performance data and audience insights.
