Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for expansion of schools under the Jaipuria network.
- Create impactful ad copies, landing pages, designing journeys from first click to final conversion.
- Collaborate with business expansion team to align campaigns for lead generation and revenue maximization.
- Scale-up and manage large Google ad budgets while maintaining performance targets.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop scalable PPC strategies that can be adapted for different markets and regions.
- Support franchise partners with best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital ad content and campaigns.
- Explore and integrate AI tools where relevant to enhance ad performance and targeting.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing; recommended experience of 3 to 5 years or more
- Strong background in a digital marketing agency is required.
- Highly growth-oriented mindset with focus on maximizing output on given tasks.
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-account campaigns, preferably in the education or franchise sector; however, cross-industry applicants are encouraged to apply for the role as well
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards and performance KPIs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
