Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our EdTech products and courses. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling paid campaigns through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Generate high-quality leads for courses, training programs, and education services.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve lower CPL (Cost per Lead) and higher ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and landing page teams for better campaign performance.
- Track daily budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics & Conversion Tracking
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
