Digital Marketing Specialist

Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive | Renukiran Welfare Foundation (RWF)

Renukiran Welfare Foundation is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and expand our digital presence while driving meaningful social impact. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to use digital platforms for purpose-driven engagement, storytelling, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow RWF's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Create and publish engaging content (35 posts per week) including posts, reels, and campaigns

* Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with organizational goals

* Write compelling captions, blogs, newsletters, and impact stories

* Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools

* Share project updates, event highlights, and beneficiary stories

* Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries

* Regularly update the website (projects, blogs, reports) and improve SEO/SEM

* Plan and execute digital campaigns for fundraising, awareness, and events

* Support and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

* Promote volunteer opportunities and engage communities (WhatsApp/Telegram)

* Coordinate with field teams for content (photos, videos, updates)

* Maintain donor and volunteer databases and digital media records

* Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports (growth, engagement, campaign outcomes)

* Develop strategies to expand RWF's online outreach, engagement, and donor base

Requirements:

* 13 years of experience in digital marketing

* Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and analytics

* Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising tools

* Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe tools preferred)

* Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills

* Passion for social impact and the nonprofit sector
