We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads) to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of building high-performing funnels for both service-based and e-commerce businesses.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including:
- Campaign structuring
- Audience targeting
- Budget allocation
- Ad copy coordination
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve:
- CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conversion rates
- Set up and manage conversion tracking across platforms:
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Meta Pixel implementation
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Implement and manage tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Manual tracking setups where required
- Build and optimize marketing funnels:
- Landing page flow
- Lead generation funnels
- WhatsApp/CRM integrations
- Develop campaign strategies and proposals based on client requirements
- Conduct client discussions and meetings to:
- Understand business goals
- Present strategies and performance insights
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports
