Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven
Associate Manager – Ad Operations to lead and scale Meta campaigns for eCommerce offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team while driving consistent ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for eCommerce products/offers
- Build full-funnel strategies across awareness, engagement, conversion, and remarketing
- Write high-converting ad copies aligned with user intent and buying behavior
- Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and performance across devices and geographies
Optimization & Scaling
- Achieve and sustain 15–25%+ ROI across campaigns
- Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, and CR daily
- Scale profitable campaigns while keeping wasted spend below 15%
- Implement advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
Team Handling & Training
- Manage and mentor a team of junior media buyers
- Ensure team campaigns meet profitability and KPI benchmarks
- Resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth execution
- Develop SOPs for campaign execution and scaling
Performance Analysis
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, seasonality, and growth opportunities
- Share actionable insights with reporting managers
- Maintain transparent reporting and performance summaries
Research & Benchmarking
- Conduct competitor benchmarking using Meta Ads Library, Google Trends, and ad spy tools
- Identify high-performing categories and emerging product opportunities
- Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and platform updates
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative teams to improve ad creatives and CTR
- Collaborate with MIS teams for accurate reporting, ROI tracking, and spend validation
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance marketing / media buying
Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (primary focus)
Proven track record of delivering profitable ROI-driven campaigns
Experience in eCommerce campaign scaling
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Team management and mentoring experience preferred
Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and ad spy platforms
