Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Asst. Manager to lead and drive our online marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing customer acquisition, managing website assets, and delivering ROI-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, and end-to-end website management. As part of the Oben Electric marketing team, you will play a key role in scaling our digital presence, aligning efforts with business objectives, and pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & SEM Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization to maximize search performance.
- Execute SEM campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing ads, to achieve ROI-driven objectives.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum conversions.
2. Website and Digital Asset Management
- Oversee website management, including regular updates, UI/UX optimization, and coordination with content and design teams.
- Ensure seamless website functionality and effective user journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with developers to address technical aspects like speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
3. Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic networks.
- Manage and optimize ad spend, focusing on customer acquisition and retention across the marketing funnel.
- Leverage data-driven attribution models for campaign analysis and performance tracking.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe CX, and MS Dynamics CRM for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
5. Stakeholder & Compliance Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., compliance, finance, leadership) and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including data security, advertising standards, and outsourcing policies.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Digital Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO and website management.
- Proven track record in achieving ROI-driven results and scaling digital campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital tools and platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe CMS, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation, A/B testing, and attribution modelling.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development processes (preferred but not mandatory).
