Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement across IT services, staffing, GCC enablement, and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
  • Drive lead generation for IT services, staffing, and GCC solutions
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversions
  • Manage landing pages, forms, and lead tracking

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, website, blogs, case studies, and email campaigns
  • Work with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Promote product launches, webinars, events, and PR campaigns

SEO, Website & Analytics

  • Execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies
  • Manage website updates, performance, and conversions
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Marketing Automation & Tools

  • Manage email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
  • Improve lead nurturing and funnel performance
  • Coordinate with sales teams for lead handover and tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
  • SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with creativity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B IT services / SaaS / Staffing / GCC marketing
  • Experience with LinkedIn thought leadership & employer branding
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, WebEngage, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of product marketing
