Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist (03 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads & Funnels- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Execute performance-focused funnels, retargeting workflows, segmentation, and audience optimization.
- Manage SEM activities including keyword research, bidding strategy, ad optimization, and ROI improvement.
SEO & Organic Growth- Lead technical SEO efforts, on-page optimization, off-page activities, and content-driven SEO strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic patterns, crawl issues, indexing issues, and overall site health.
Analytics & Reporting- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards for daily tracking.
- Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable, data-backed insights no guesswork.
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Social Media & Content- Develop and manage strategies for LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content ideas (copy + concepts) for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social posts.
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver consistent, high-quality creatives.
Conversion Optimization- Conduct ongoing landing page reviews and funnel audits.
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user journeys.
- Evaluate user flow issues and apply basic UI/UX logic to enhance engagement and lead quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with leadership, design, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Support internal teams with insights, campaign updates, and marketing assets.
- Partner with developers/designers to implement required improvements.
Requirements- 03 years of real, hands-on digital marketing experience.
