Designation: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Information Systems (MIS)

  • Design and maintain comprehensive MIS frameworks across all marketing channels
  • Build automated dashboards integrating CleverTap, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM data
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for management
  • Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and customer lifetime value assessments
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms
  • Create forecasting models to support marketing planning and budget allocation

2. Marketing Automation (CleverTap)

  • Own CleverTap platform strategy, implementation, and optimization
  • Design and execute campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Build advanced user segmentation based on behavioral triggers, RFM analysis, and lifecycle stages
  • Create automated customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and content to optimize performance
  • Leverage CleverTap analytics to understand user behavior and improve conversion rates
  • Integrate CleverTap with other marketing tools for unified customer view

3. Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Oversee digital campaigns across paid social, search, display, and programmatic platforms
  • Manage SEO activities including on-page optimization and content strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate with creative, content teams and agencies for campaign execution

4. Analytics & Insights

  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear learnings and recommendations
  • Present data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through continuous experimentation

Key Requirement:

  • 3-5 years experience with strong focus on marketing automation and MIS/analytics
  • Expert proficiency in CleverTap (or MoEngage/WebEngage/Braze)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Experience building MIS dashboards and automated reporting systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics
  • Visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • Experience in luxury/real estate/high-value industries
