This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Lucknow. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage digital marketing campaigns, drive online marketing efforts, analyze web analytics, and optimize strategies for target audience engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing social media marketing initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Web Analytics and Online Marketing for audience targeting and campaign optimization
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate and deliver compelling content
• Ability to analyze and translate campaign data to improve performance
• Experience with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in the technology or AI industry is an added advantage
