Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Lucknow. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing website data, coordinating online marketing activities, and crafting digital strategies that align with company goals. Ensuring brand consistency and engagement across multiple platforms will be key in this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and ability to manage multiple platforms effectively
• Experience in Digital Marketing campaigns and skills in Online Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track and measure digital performance
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills tailored for various digital platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Hands-on experience with Ad Managers, including:

1) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)

2) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)

• Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
