PPC:
Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.) Manage and support multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and performance tracking
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting for paid campaigns
Write compelling ad copy and help with A-B testing
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Track conversions and optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA
Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.
SEO:
Conduct keyword research for organic search growth using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Assist with on-page SEO- optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking
Support technical SEO tasks such as site speed improvements, sitemap submissions, and fixing crawl errors
Help with content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and product-service pages to improve search rankings
Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and SEO KPIs
Support link-building outreach campaigns and off-page SEO initiatives
Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Requirements
This role reports to the Team Manager.
Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years
Required Skills:
Basic to intermediate understanding of both PPC and SEO concepts
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, organic CTR, and domain authority
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Ability to support tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion setup
Proficiency in Excel-Google Sheets for reporting
Strong written communication skills for ad copy and SEO content suggestions
