Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our paid acquisition efforts across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond campaign execution and contributes creative ideas, competitor insights, and data-backed strategies to improve lead quality and drive business growth. The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate market research into high-performing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with lead generation goals.

- Plan, manage, and optimize Linkedin, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.

- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and targeting optimizations.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, and tech) to ensure campaign alignment.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in SEM and digital advertising.

- Specialize in Google Ads and Social Ads for performance-driven lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in PPC & performance marketing.
  2. Strong expertise in Linkedin, Google Ads, Meta and B2B lead generation.
  3. Experience managing monthly budgets of 25 lakhs or equivalent.
  4. Deep understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  5. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  6. Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
  7. Experience in IT services or staff augmentation marketing preferred.

Primary Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT Services / SaaS / Tech
  • Strong hands-on with:
  • Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display)
  • LinkedIn Ads (ABM, B2B Lead Gen)
  • Meta Ads (B2B retargeting funnels)
  • Align with sales to improve MQL SQL Closed Deals conversion.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • GA4, GTM, CRM integration
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets & reporting skills

Secondary Skills:

  • Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Email + retargeting funnel strategy
  • Landing page optimization (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress)
  • A/B testing tools (VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
  • SEO & content collaboration
  • Account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Basic design understanding (Canva, Figma, ad creatives)
