About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the institution's student enrollment growth by designing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality admission inquiries, managing lead funnels, and collaborating closely with the admissions team to convert inquiries into enrollments. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize advanced digital tools and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance, maximize return on investment, and support the institution's overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly within the education sector or related fields such as EdTech, colleges, or universities. A graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in higher education marketing, admissions, or enrollment campaigns will be given preference. Strong technical skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and landing page optimization are essential. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and lead funnel management is required to effectively track and improve campaign outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work seamlessly with the admissions team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Search Ads, Display Network, Performance Max Campaigns, YouTube Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Ads. The role involves creating targeted audience segments based on demographics, interests, and geographic locations to ensure high-quality lead acquisition. The specialist will manage campaign budgets efficiently, conduct A/B testing to refine creatives and landing pages, and monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS. Regularly generating detailed reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and admissions funnel metrics is vital to inform strategic decisions.

In addition, the role requires close collaboration with the admissions team to monitor lead progression from inquiry to enrollment, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to enhance lead conversion rates. The candidate will also work on remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage potential students and maximize campaign effectiveness. Continuous learning and adaptation to digital marketing trends and platform updates are expected to ensure sustained campaign success.
