PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google Ads, SEO & Analytics)

We are looking for a skilled PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage advertising campaigns, optimize website performance, and drive business growth through paid media and SEO initiatives.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms while also implementing SEO strategies that improve website visibility and organic traffic.
This role requires a data-driven marketer who understands performance metrics, conversion tracking, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and website analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to improve visibility, sales, and return on ad spend.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, image optimization, internal linking, and content recommendations.
- Work with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace to implement SEO improvements.
- Monitor website performance and recommend technical SEO enhancements.
- Track organic rankings and develop strategies to improve search visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
- Analyze campaign performance and website traffic data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing campaign tracking.
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to execute marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, and SEO.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Experience implementing SEO on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace websites.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are an advantage.
Only candidates with proven experience in PPC campaign management, SEO, and analytics will be considered.
