Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, a NAAC Accredited campus, seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to generate quality admission enquiries and support student enrolment growth across various academic programs.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other lead generation platforms with a strong focus on admissions marketing and ROI.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Generate high-quality admission leads for:

  • B.Tech
  • BBA
  • BCA
  • B.Com (Hons.)
  • MBA / PGDM
  • Pharmacy
  • Law

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns across:

  • Google Search Ads
  • Google Display Network
  • Performance Max Campaigns
  • YouTube Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • Remarketing Campaigns

• Drive admissions-focused campaigns to maximize enquiries and applications.

• Continuously improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Application (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Campaign Management

• Create audience targeting strategies based on demographics, geography, interests, and academic preferences.

• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize lead quality.

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and lead forms.

• Monitor campaign performance and implement corrective actions to improve results.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

  • Leads Generated
  • CPL
  • Conversion Rates
  • Campaign ROI
  • Admissions Funnel Performance

CRM & Lead Funnel Management

• Work closely with the Admissions Team to monitor lead quality.

• Track lead movement from enquiry to admission.

• Identify gaps in the lead conversion funnel and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.

• Google Ads Certification preferred.

• Experience in Higher Education, Universities, Colleges, EdTech, or Admission Marketing will be an added advantage.

Min 3 years of work experience in the same field is required.

Candidate with education sector experience will be highly preferred.
