Job Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in executing high-performing digital campaigns and managing agency deliverables.

The ideal candidate should be from a real estate background and be well-versed in performance marketing, brand awareness initiatives, and coordinating the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, creatives, and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive quality leads and conversions.

· Ability to manage social media campaigns: LinkedIn, YouTube Reels, and Instagram branding.

· Conceptualise and manage brand awareness campaigns to strengthen visibility, engagement, and recall across digital channels.

· Coordinate with external agencies for creative production, campaign management, SEO, and paid media.

· Oversee the design and production of brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.

· Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and product) to maintain unified brand messaging across all campaigns.

· Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools; recommend data-driven optimisations.

· Support email, WhatsApp, and remarketing initiatives to nurture and re-engage audiences.

· Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and brand communication.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

· 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including performance and brand campaigns.

· Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics tools.

· Experience managing digital marketing agencies and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

· Ability to coordinate creative and collateral production (brochures, videos, digital creatives).

· Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
