Role Description

Echos Above is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid growth across Meta and Google, while balancing brand storytelling and measurable scale. This role is focused on growing a D2C sneaker brand not managing multiple clients. You will own campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimization across funnels to drive revenue, improve ROAS, and scale customer acquisition. We're looking for someone who understands culture, product drops, and consumer psychology not just dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Build full-funnel strategies: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retargeting.
  • Test creatives aggressively (hooks, angles, formats, landing pages).
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV).
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4 tracking.
  • Work closely with the content team to align performance campaigns with brand drops and storytelling.
  • Optimize website journeys and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
  • Scale winning campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of hands-on experience in D2C performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of consumer purchase psychology in fashion/streetwear.
  • Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic GTM.
  • Data-driven but creatively aware.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Startup mindset proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented.

Not Mandatory, But a Plus

  • Experience in sneaker, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic creative understanding (Canva/Adobe) to collaborate better with designers.
