Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media / Digital Media Associate to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating personalized user journeys, broadcast channel management (Email, SMS, WhatsApp), and working collaboratively with creative teams to ensure effective content and campaign strategies. You should be data-driven with a strong understanding of digital advertising, user behavior, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Manage budgets and monitor daily performance, ensuring ROI targets are met.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to refine strategies.
Meta Ads (Preferred)
- Support campaign execution on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), aligning with brand and performance goals.
- Ensure campaigns meet objectives, from awareness to conversion.
Personalized User Journeys
- Analyze customer data and user behavior to build tailored journeys for increased engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with automation tools to implement workflows for retargeting and remarketing.
Broadcast Management (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp platforms.
- Maintain accurate segmentation and ensure high delivery rates, monitoring open/click-through performance.
Content Coordination
- Assist in developing creative content for digital ads, landing pages, emailers, and SMS campaigns.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and meets campaign objectives.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed performance reports for digital campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve future efforts.
Requirements:
- 23 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategies, CPC optimization, and digital marketing funnel metrics.
- Experience working with broadcast tools for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and craft personalized user journeys.
- Solid collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
