Job Summary

The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving patient acquisition and brand growth through digital and on-ground marketing initiatives. The role requires end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, timely reporting, and ensuring seamless support to the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Drive lead generation, patient acquisition, and brand visibility through digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for the development of marketing assets.

Creative & Content Management

  • Ensure timely delivery of creatives, videos, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with design, content, and digital teams to execute campaigns as per timelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners for campaign execution.
  • Act as the single point of contact for marketing-related requirements and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between marketing, operations, and business teams.

Business Development Support

  • Provide timely marketing support to the BD team for on-ground activities, events, camps, and outreach programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional initiatives to support business growth objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral required for field activities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on campaign performance, leads generated, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Track key growth metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and ensure timely reporting to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Healthcare Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms.
