Job Description
Align with departmental and organizational goals to achieve enrolment targets.
Develop campus and tactical campaigns and digital assets (e.g. landing page), to earn admission to qualified leads.
Track lead journey, to ensure maximum utilization and develop & deploy lead nurturing campaigns
Forecast and adhere to campaign and overall budgets
Develop and maintain data intelligence, that informs campaign management, and constant enhancement to achieve higher precision outreach
Build GTM to ensure brand objectives travel and resonate with all the TG segments.
Build programs dedicated to build brand positioning and enhanced brand image rooted in Results, Ranking, Placement and Student achievements
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media platforms & bios, online engagement, dynamics, potential collab opportunities, comments, reviews, and feedback.
Identify the latest trends and insights to optimise spending and performance. Evaluate emerging technologies and suggest adoption.
Maintain all assets, report and store them on OneDrive in an organised manner
Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing, across devices. In line with our vision and mission statements, and adheres to our Brand/CI guidelines, tone and style
Lead the design and implementation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences, focusing on improving user satisfaction and engagement
Achieve high authority score, for higher SEO ranking
Ensure website and its content is AI optimised for higher AI brand advocacy
Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure regular updating of information on web pages, and to gather feedback for scope for improvement
Collaborate with content creators to ensure website content is relevant, accurate, and optimized for SEO
Collaborate with other digital / tech assets (MCB, IC QUE) partners, to develop parent outreach channels
Regularly monitor website performance, analyse metrics, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and site functionality
Campaigns are monitored, and performance is measured, analysed, and reported against defined metrics with recommended corrective measures on a weekly basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Post degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing of over 5-6 years
Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SemRush, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Sprout Social)
Working knowledge of tools like DART, Atlas, WordPress, Canva etc.
Keen interest in Photography and Videography is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
Skills
Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
High creativity and experience in identifying target audiences. Devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Ability to work individually or as a team, and utilize agency and vendor appropriately
