Job Overview
Cityplots is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate quality leads for our real estate projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, lead generation, budget optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for land and plot sales.
- Design and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives.
Performance Optimization
- Track ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and audiences.
- Improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Provide weekly and monthly campaign reports.
- Suggest strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
Coordination
- Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign improvements.
- Coordinate with designers for ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of real estate digital marketing (preferred).
- Experience with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Ability to manage 50K 5L monthly ad budgets.
Experience
- 25 years experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
