Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role based out of India, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and results. Your tasks will include managing social media platforms, analyzing performance using web analytics tools, executing online marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing tools to improve the effectiveness of campaigns continuously.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and SEO campaigns.
  • Execute in-person activations such as trade shows, dealer events, and brand experiences.
  • Support and deliver national brand executions in partnership with Bobcat.
  • Use AI-driven tools to accelerate campaign delivery and reporting.
  • Track, report, and present ROI and lead generation results.
  • Align campaigns with sales objectives and the dealer network's growth goals.
  • Balance strategy with hands-on execution this is a role for doers.

What We're Looking For (Preferred Skills & Attributes)

  • 6+ years proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, and social media).
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with brand activations, events, or large-scale campaign rollouts.
  • Track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI.
  • Ability to work fast, pivot quickly, and execute campaigns personally.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
  • A builder's mindset: strategic thinker who is still hands-on.
