Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for our flagship product Medsy.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing channels, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring measurable growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Digital Marketing Ownership

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Medsy.ai across all online channels.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end funnel: awareness engagement conversions retention.

2. Social Media Management

  • Handle daily social media operations across channels.
  • Create content calendars, creatives, reels, and posts.
  • Build strong engagement with the audience through consistent brand messaging.

3. Campaign Planning & Performance Marketing

  • Run targeted campaigns for lead generation, new customer acquisition, and brand building.
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, and CAC.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

4. SEO, SEM & Organic Growth

  • Drive SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Improve organic traffic and search rankings for Medsy.ai.

5. Analytics, Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze data using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Dashboard, and other tools.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.

6. Market & Growth Expansion

  • Identify and explore new markets and customer segments for Medsy.ai.
  • Optimize existing market channels and drive higher conversions.
  • Work with leadership to plan digital strategies for new business acquisition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, mobility, or tech products.
  • Strong experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to reduce CAC, improve conversions, and scale campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio)
  • Email automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing outcomes.
