Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales/conversions. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM: Conduct thorough keyword research, implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, and manage/optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI.

Content & Social Media Management: Curate content for social media and websites. Monitor social media channels, respond to engagement, and track performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports (KPIs, ROI) for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a digital marketing role.

Expertise in SEO and SEM/PPC campaign management.

Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush).

Hands-on experience with major social media platforms and ad managers (Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).

Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic visual content development (or the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams).

Experience

2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Certifications on Google Ads, Google Analytics will be added advantage
