Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Marketing Automation Specialist & Python/ Java Developer with 12 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology platforms and Python/ Java-based development.
This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining marketing automation workflows with technical implementation and backend integration.
You'll play a key role in developing automated campaigns, managing customer journeys, and building backend logic to support personalized digital experiences across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns across platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Implement Java-based microservices or backend integrations to connect CRM, CMS, and marketing systems.
Work with APIs, data connectors, and custom scripts for lead management and campaign personalization.
Build, test, and deploy email templates, landing pages, and forms integrated with automation systems.
Analyze and report campaign performance metrics to improve automation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to execute seamless omnichannel campaigns.
Maintain documentation, data mappings, and ensure compliance with privacy and deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
12 years of experience in Marketing Automation and Java Development.
Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Zoho CRM).
Proficiency in Java (Core, Spring Boot, APIs).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and web assets.
Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration workflows.
Strong analytical and debugging skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Exposure to AI-driven marketing, personalization engines, or data analytics tools.
Experience with Python for data processing or automation scripting.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer segmentation logic.
